We conduct pre-construction meetings with all subs, and we value their inputs to create successful schedules that complete the projects on time and with excellent quality. Alongside the project, we maintain weekly and bi-weekly meetings with all subcontractors on all of our projects to communicate possible challenges, discuss the 3-week ahead schedule, and coordinate work with all trades. Safety is our #1 priority on every job, and it’s critical to our health and success as a company. Maintaining a safe work environment results from smart decisions made every minute of the day. Before starting each eagle contractor project, we thoroughly evaluate the panned job activities and develop a job specific safety plan that each project superintendent observes.
We require the highest level of safety from our team and our subcontractors. We consistently ensure that the jobsite is a safe environment for both our team and the surrounding community. All of our employees on the construction site have completed the required occupational safety and health administration (osha) training programs. Safety is a constant for us. On every project, we have a safety program in place with a toolbox every week. We conduct daily safety inspections on the job and have a very proactive safety culture in all we do.
